Jesse — Founder & Head Mechanic
Jesse brings over 14 years of hands-on automotive experience to every job. Starting out as a tyre fitter, he worked his way through his apprenticeship to become a fully qualified mechanic, eventually running a busy workshop as the Workshop Controller.
But he noticed a problem: the traditional workshop model was inconvenient for customers. Dropping off cars, arranging lifts, and waiting around just didn't fit into busy lives. That's why he founded JNL Automotive Solutions — to bring expert, honest mechanical service directly to your driveway across South Ripley and the Ripley Valley.
Jesse is known for his straightforward communication. He treats every customer like family and will never push a repair you don't actually need.

Bowie — Chief Morale Officer
Bowie the Kelpie is our worksite supervisor. While he's not great with a spanner, he excels at boosting morale and keeping the team energetic. He's the true boss of JNL Automotive Solutions.
